Job Description
Senior eCommerce merchandising specialist leading CRO-driven merchandising for Trulieve’s cannabis website and mobile app. Improving product discovery, storefront quality, promotions, search, and conversion performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead CRO-driven merchandising for the Trulieve website and mobile app
- Own product ranking, collections, assortment visibility, promotional placement, and onsite search relevance based on customer behavior and purchase trends
- Set merchandising and storefront QA standards, direct audits, prioritize issues, and coach eCommerce Merchandising Coordinators
- Serve as subject matter expert for product information management, category structure, product linking, navigation, and merchandising best practices
- Partner with Merchandising Specialists, Marketing, IT, Creative, and Retail on pricing and promotion activation across states
- Resolve complex discrepancies and escalate risks
- Recommend and support A/B tests, analyze results, and report on conversion, product performance, and search
- Mentor Specialists and Coordinators, cross-train on processes, and support launch readiness for products, brands, and new stores
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising, including experience guiding the work of others
- Strong working knowledge of eCommerce platforms, product information management, onsite search, and promotional workflows
- Experience using analytics (GA4 or similar) to evaluate merchandising and conversion performance
- Familiarity with Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and promotional pricing tools such as SAP OPPS
- Experience with A/B testing and in retail, CPG, or regulated industries such as cannabis
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Flexibility of hours – some nights and weekends required
