Job Description

Customer Service Agent supporting Dutch or Flemish speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assisting with inquiries about invoices and contracts for one of the biggest energy suppliers in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all incoming questions via phone, email & chat
  • Supporting customers with invoices, payments & tariff changes
  • Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Retaining customers and building strong relationships
  • Managing move requests and updating customer info

Requirements:

  • Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)
  • MS Office & CRM experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Logical, analytical, and proactive
  • Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn
  • Team player with flexibility and sales drive
