Job Description
Conseiller PAE virtuel fournissant du counselling par téléphone et vidéo aux clients. Travaillant comme fournisseur indépendant avec une expertise en santé mentale.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide counselling by phone or video to clients of TELUS Health's Employee Assistance Program
- You will work as an independent provider, according to your availability.
- You will provide short-term counselling to a diverse client population in accordance with their EAP provisions;
- You will complete administrative follow-up for cases using the provided clinical templates.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Current, active membership in good standing with the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, or OPSQ
- Minimum of five years of post-master's clinical experience
- Ability to establish short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach
- Able to manage crisis or high-risk situations
- Good knowledge of community resources
