Job Description
Virtual Clinical Counselor providing non-medical counseling services to Navy Wounded Warrior and Gold Star individuals. Delivering support remotely while maintaining flexible hours during specified timeframes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and short-term, solution-focused non-medical counseling services to eligible Navy Wounded Warrior and Gold Star individuals
- Deliver virtual counseling to clients, including individuals, couples, and groups
- Conduct intake, screening, assessment, and referral of clients
- Maintain counseling case documentation in the Clinical Counseling Record System
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualifications include a master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology
- Current, valid and unrestricted clinical license for independent clinical practice
- Minimum of two years of full-time, post-master’s supervised clinical experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in the use of office software
- Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds and populations.
