Job Description
EBI Analyst II supporting Enterprise Business Intelligence for pharmacy operations. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure medication access and regulatory compliance with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Support Enterprise Business Intelligence initiatives for Cleveland Clinic Pharmacy
- Ensure medication access, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making
- Deliver analytics for financial, operational, clinical, and research needs
- Support drug distributor reporting tied to significant revenue
- Extract and analyze large datasets
- Write and optimize SQL queries
- Develop reports and dashboards
- Facilitate the creation of new operational indicators
- Utilize disparate data sources to provide timely, accurate decision support tools
- Serve as a technical resource in the analysis and evaluation of operations and financial functions
- Interpret and present data analysis results
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and two years of related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of database development or analytical experience OR Associate’s Degree and four years of database development or analytical experience OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience
- Strong computer skills and be proficient with various applications including, Access, Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of data warehousing and t-SQL Programming
- Experience with Business Objects
- Pharmacy and/or healthcare experience
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
- Background in data analytics or related field
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
