Job Description
eCommerce Manager overseeing online marketplace operations to drive revenue for top brands globally. Responsible for account management, optimization, and strategic growth initiatives in eCommerce.
Responsibilities:
- Manage seller and vendor accounts across major eCommerce platforms
- Monitor account health metrics, policy compliance, and performance indicators
- Proactively identify and resolve account issues, warnings, or violations
- Handle escalations including suspensions, suppressed listings, or policy flags
- Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and platform compliance standards
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Provide regular updates, performance insights, and operational guidance
- Manage expectations, timelines, and escalations professionally
- Build consultative relationships focused on long-term growth and trust
- Create and optimize product listings for visibility and conversion
- Implement keyword research and platform-specific SEO best practices
- Optimize titles, descriptions, images, and enhanced brand content
- Conduct competitive analysis and pricing optimization
- Ensure brand consistency and catalog accuracy across platforms
- Monitor sales, traffic, and conversion performance
- Track KPIs including revenue, sessions, buy box %, and ad performance
- Generate performance reports and dashboards
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Coordinate inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service issues
- Support promotions, product launches, and catalog expansion
- Resolve order, refund, and operational issues affecting account health
- Identify new sales channels, marketplaces, or category expansion opportunities
- Recommend growth strategies, advertising initiatives, and operational improvements
- Support client expansion and long-term revenue scaling efforts
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with at least one major platform (Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and conversion drivers
- Experience managing account health, listings, and platform compliance
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment
- Multi-platform experience (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)
- Amazon PPC or marketplace advertising exposure
- Experience with eCommerce analytics and keyword tools
- Agency or multi-client account management background
- International marketplace or cross-border selling experience
- Amazon Seller Central or Shopify or Walmart Marketplace
- Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Slack, Email, Zoom
- Project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
