Job Description
E-Commerce & Growth Manager responsible for Shopify and Performance Marketing at CAPULET Jewelry. Driving digital growth and optimizing online sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the digital growth of CAPULET Jewelry
- This role combines shop optimization, performance marketing and conversion rate improvement
- Goal: scale the Shopify store using data-driven approaches and increase revenue measurably
- Planning, execution and scaling of Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Retargeting, lookalike audiences, Dynamic Product Ads
- Tracking, UTM parameters, Conversion API, pixel events
- Budget management & ROAS optimization
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo, Shopify Analytics
- Dashboard creation and data interpretation
- Klaviyo flows (Abandoned Cart, Browse, Post-Purchase)
- Segmentation, automation, lifecycle marketing
Requirements:
- Several years of Shopify experience in e‑commerce with a focus on growth & conversion
- Proven track record in performance marketing, CRO & scaling
- Multiple years of experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills & solid understanding of tracking and data analysis
- Experience with the attribution tool KLAR
- Experience with Klaviyo, feed management, retargeting & funnel building
- Independent, strategic thinker with a true growth mentality
- Good sense for aesthetics, brand and luxury lifestyle
