Job Description
Coordination pédagogique d'une école française formant des adultes aux métiers du conseil SAP et ERP. Supervision des formateurs, suivi des apprenants et amélioration des parcours.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate trainers.
- Schedule training sessions and onboard new trainers.
- Explain working methods and ensure session quality.
- Identify and resolve issues related to delays, missing content, or struggling groups.
- Monitor learners on a daily basis and identify those who are falling behind or struggling.
- Organize interim and final assessments.
- Liaise with the Academic Director when decisions are required.
- Contribute to improving learning pathways.
- Document processes to make them repeatable.
- Report key indicators, progress rates, learner alerts, and trainer feedback.
- Contribute to training reviews in direct collaboration with the Academic Director.
Requirements:
- You have already coordinated an essential educational or training activity in a vocational training center (CFA), EdTech company, university, or similar environment—the context is less important than the experience.
- Experience managing multiple trainers, learners, and projects simultaneously.
- You are thorough without being rigid.
- Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and produce documentation.
- Comfortable with digital tools, including LMS platforms, collaboration tools, videoconferencing, and light automation.
- Ability to learn new tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to reassure people, provide tactful guidance, and summarize complex situations.
- Self-directed, well organized, and proactive in communication in a fully remote environment.
