Job Description

Analista de Eficiência working at +A Educação to improve organizational processes and automate workflows. Involves data analysis, reporting, and bridging business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Model and redesign organizational processes
  • Propose improvements focused on efficiency and automation
  • Build new workflows and integrated processes
  • Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Analyze data to support decision-making
  • Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, facilitating the creation of integrated processes with technology systems
  • Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering or related fields
  • Previous experience in efficiency improvement projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on advanced Excel
  • Technical knowledge in process modeling (BPMN, tools such as Zeev or Bizagi)
  • Strong command of Power BI, including building dynamic dashboards
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks, such as PMBOK
  • Desirable knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to processes and data
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages, especially JavaScript
  • Familiarity with system integration via APIs and data structures in JSON
