Job Description
Analista de Eficiência working at +A Educação to improve organizational processes and automate workflows. Involves data analysis, reporting, and bridging business and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Model and redesign organizational processes
- Propose improvements focused on efficiency and automation
- Build new workflows and integrated processes
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Analyze data to support decision-making
- Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, facilitating the creation of integrated processes with technology systems
- Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering or related fields
- Previous experience in efficiency improvement projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on advanced Excel
- Technical knowledge in process modeling (BPMN, tools such as Zeev or Bizagi)
- Strong command of Power BI, including building dynamic dashboards
- Knowledge of project management frameworks, such as PMBOK
- Desirable knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to processes and data
- Basic knowledge of programming languages, especially JavaScript
- Familiarity with system integration via APIs and data structures in JSON
