Job Description
Field Manager overseeing Electronic Security technicians to meet production goals and manage operational expenses. Guiding teams with communication, workflow management, and problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to ES technicians
- Oversee operational expenses and meeting monthly budget goals
- Enact cost-effective production action plans
- Monitor and communicate workflow, deadlines, and production
- Prepare reports and manage field service operations
- Maintain ongoing training and development of technicians
- Serve as a liaison to resolve field issues
- Manage additional special projects and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Proactively communicate with technicians and members of the Operations team
- Manage and monitor monthly field production, workflow, and deadlines
- Identify potential production issues and enact cost effective action plans to meet production deadlines
- Prepare weekly production reports for review by supervisor
- Monitor daily production of individuals spanning multiple states
- Work orders must be uploaded within 48 hours of completion
- Utilize a proprietary website to manage the successful completion of thousands of work orders each month
- Route and schedule work for technicians
- Cultivate and track technicians’ monthly progress
- Manage special projects within the region
- Provide guidance and support to your team
- Act as liaison between your team and headquarters
- Oversee the development and training of your team
- Provide onsite technical support
- Coordinate with various departments to successfully hire and onboard new technicians
- Prepare monthly regional profit and loss statement reviews
