Job Description
Engineering Manager leading the AI agents Eliza product line at Lottie. Guiding a team from prototype to a category-defining AI product with real users.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the technical roadmap for Eliza and our AI agents product line.
- Coding alongside the team — a hands-on leadership role.
- Building and line managing a team of product engineers.
- Sharing the product hat with our GM, supported by our CPTO.
- High bar on both speed and quality, balancing between the two depending on context.
- Deepening Eliza's integration with Found.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Leading technical decisions and mentoring engineers.
- Experience across the stack with TypeScript.
- Real experience building with LLMs.
- Extremely product-minded focus on impact.
- Know when to use duct tape and when to build for scale.
- Experience in cross-functional teams.
