Job Description
Solutions Engineer scaling ElevenLabs’ AI voice platform for enterprise customers in Sweden. Architecting integrations, creating technical demonstrations, and enabling sales and customer implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- Craft technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition
- Create technical enablement resources to improve the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
- Build self-service tools and documentation that help customers implement solutions independently
- Identify common integration patterns or features to productize and collaborate with product teams to implement them
Requirements:
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Enjoyment of working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
- Strong technical background for architecting integrations with customers' existing solutions
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects
- Proficiency in Python
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
