Job Description
Enterprise-Wide Apps Analyst supporting the Enterprise Resource Planning organization's Global Trade Systems team. Configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP GTS changes while providing technical direction.
Responsibilities:
- Support the ERP Global Trade Systems team by configuring, testing, and implementing changes in the SAP GTS Systems
- Act as a liaison for the Sector community around changes, enhancement requests, maintenance, and provide strategic direction
- Balance production support and project demands, engagement, and systems administration
- Investigate issues in existing programs and work with programmers to resolve problems
- Involvement in the GTS Upgrade project and planning of system and development deployment
- Responsible for meeting software compliance standards and testing GTS related functionality
Requirements:
- 2 Years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Experience participating in SAP lifecycle implementations and/or production support
- Working and technical knowledge of SAP GTS
- Able to extract and verify SAP table data
- Advanced level knowledge of GTS processes and policies
- Advanced level knowledge of GTS interdependencies with other functional areas
- Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Access skills
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, written and oral communication skills.
