Job Description
Compensation Analyst supporting Total Rewards function for a global pioneer in energy-saving systems. Analyzing market data and maintaining pay structures in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking for various roles.
- Assist in developing and maintaining compensation structures and pay ranges.
- Document and organize job descriptions, ensuring alignment with career architecture standards.
- Map job families, levels, and career paths for clarity and consistency.
- Support workflow setup and configuration on Salary.com Job Architect platform.
- Create documentation and communication materials for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to validate job data and maintain accuracy.
- Help with data audits, reporting, and version control for job-related content.
- Participate in related activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and Salary.com tools (or similar survey management systems)
- Knowledge of compensation practices and legislation
- Experience working with salary surveys and market benchmarking
- Experience working on building new compensation programs
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills
