Job Description

Compensation Analyst supporting Total Rewards function for a global pioneer in energy-saving systems. Analyzing market data and maintaining pay structures in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking for various roles.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining compensation structures and pay ranges.
  • Document and organize job descriptions, ensuring alignment with career architecture standards.
  • Map job families, levels, and career paths for clarity and consistency.
  • Support workflow setup and configuration on Salary.com Job Architect platform.
  • Create documentation and communication materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to validate job data and maintain accuracy.
  • Help with data audits, reporting, and version control for job-related content.
  • Participate in related activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Salary.com tools (or similar survey management systems)
  • Knowledge of compensation practices and legislation
  • Experience working with salary surveys and market benchmarking
  • Experience working on building new compensation programs
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills
