Job Description

Epic Solutions Analyst providing technical support for healthcare innovation at OCHIN. Resolving technical issues and optimizing processes to align with business objectives in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging technical expertise
  • Resolve complex technical issues
  • Optimize processes
  • Align technical strategies with business objectives
  • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate across departments to support projects

Requirements:

  • Certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build
  • Strong communication skills
  • Consistently acts with integrity and accountability
  • Process and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment required before moving forward
