Job Description
Epic Solutions Analyst providing technical support for healthcare innovation at OCHIN. Resolving technical issues and optimizing processes to align with business objectives in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging technical expertise
- Resolve complex technical issues
- Optimize processes
- Align technical strategies with business objectives
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate across departments to support projects
Requirements:
- Certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims
- At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build
- Strong communication skills
- Consistently acts with integrity and accountability
- Process and detail-oriented
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment required before moving forward
