Job Description

Equipment Engineer focused on testing and developing pool equipment solutions for the Eurasia region. Collaborating with various teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Test, evaluate, and develop new and existing pool equipment solutions for residential and commercial applications across the Eurasia region
  • Manage and maintain the regional equipment portfolio, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and performance standards
  • Provide technical expertise to support product reliability, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex customer issues
  • Deliver technical training to internal teams, distributors, and customers on equipment installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop accurate, engaging, and customer-focused technical content, including product guides, brochures, presentations, and digital materials
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market needs, and industry trends, translating insights into recommendations for product enhancements or new solutions
  • Support cross-functional teams (Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing) with technical input for innovation, product development, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to regional and global projects related to equipment standardization, performance optimization, and lifecycle management

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field preferred)
  • Proven experience in equipment engineering, product testing, technical support, or application engineering, ideally within pool, water treatment, or related industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of equipment performance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting in both residential and commercial settings
  • Experience delivering technical training and supporting customers or commercial teams in a technical capacity
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation and marketing collateral
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable working in a regional, cross-functional, and multicultural environment
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a strong asset given the Eurasia scope
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required
  • Proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented personality with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and technical documentation tools; familiarity with digital platforms and product data systems is a plus
