Job Description
Senior ERP Consultant managing ERP implementation projects for medium-sized clients in various sectors. Leading digital transformation with a focus on process optimization and customer success.
Responsibilities:
- You lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for medium-sized clients
- You analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate requirements into clean ERP solutions
- You configure reybex Cloud ERP in areas such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Production, or E‑Commerce (depending on focus)
- You run workshops, training sessions, and advisory meetings — both remotely and on-site
- You act as a sparring partner for decision-makers and guide clients through digital transformation
- You work closely with product development, support, and project management
- You ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable system usage
- You support go-lives, hypercare phases, and continuous process improvement
- Optional: You contribute your expertise to our product management to help further develop reybex
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in implementing or consulting on an ERP system (cloud or on-premise)
- Strong process knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Finance, Procurement, Inventory/Logistics, Production, E‑Commerce, or Order Management
- Enthusiasm for digitalization, process design, and customer-focused consulting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Independent, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (moderate, project-dependent)
- Fluent in German; English skills are a plus
