Job Description
Customer Solution Consultant at CSG focusing on telecommunications to deliver innovative solutions. Engage with clients to align strategic goals with CSG solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Tailor the strategy and solution to the customer.
- Create and respond to proposals.
- Develop a business and solution architecture strategy.
- Build business cases for customers.
- Guide solution design teams to create relevant technical architectures.
- Collaborate on integrated account plans.
- Drive result-oriented approaches while achieving quotas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant business/solution consulting of software products, services, solutions and/or SI capabilities.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience within the telecommunications / communications service provider industry.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the development and transformation of business/solution architectures and business models.
- Strong understanding of business principles and concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation.
