Job Description

Customer Solution Consultant at CSG focusing on telecommunications to deliver innovative solutions. Engage with clients to align strategic goals with CSG solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Tailor the strategy and solution to the customer.
  • Create and respond to proposals.
  • Develop a business and solution architecture strategy.
  • Build business cases for customers.
  • Guide solution design teams to create relevant technical architectures.
  • Collaborate on integrated account plans.
  • Drive result-oriented approaches while achieving quotas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant business/solution consulting of software products, services, solutions and/or SI capabilities.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience within the telecommunications / communications service provider industry.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the development and transformation of business/solution architectures and business models.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation.
