Job Description
Managed Application Services Consultant at Evotix supporting clients in optimizing their EHS software. Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth application performance and enhancing customer solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Keep our customers’ EHS solutions running at their best.
- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our applications, troubleshoot issues, and configure solutions to fit customer needs.
- Collaborate with both clients and internal teams to optimise performance, ensure smooth functionality, and deliver an outstanding experience throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate directly with customers to provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
- Work closely with Customer Success Manager / Customer Development Manager teams to ensure the customer is getting what has been agreed.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
- Optimise existing solutions to enhance customer success.
- Set up and customizing analytical reports to meet customer requirements.
- Balance independent work with team collaboration to achieve the best results.
- Manage and prioritise customer concerns and escalate them when necessary to ensure resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience in SQL & Java
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A highly analytical mindset to solve complex problems.
- Proven technical expertise in relevant areas.
- A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence to ask questions and seek guidance when needed to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
