Responsibilities:

  • As a Product Data Consultant, you ensure our product data is delivered with high quality, consistency and scalability.
  • You work at the interface between Content, IT, partners and business units, actively supporting the transition from manual to automated product data processes — with a clear focus on B2C.
  • You support Content Managers and external partners in building, maintaining and developing efficient, semi-automated processes for enriching and updating product master data.
  • You act as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product data processes.
  • You analyze existing structures, identify optimization opportunities and, together with the business units, derive concrete measures.
  • You ensure the quality of data received via interfaces and initiate appropriate corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • You develop processes for error detection, prevention and data validation (consistency, plausibility).
  • You contribute to the further development of our central product data system, particularly in the area of automated error detection, derivations and notifications.
  • You document processes and enhancements and work closely with adjacent teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree or commercial/administrative vocational training with relevant professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or product data environments
  • Analytical mindset and very confident use of Excel (including conditional formulas, lookups, analyses)
  • Experience working with data and a basic understanding of interfaces and data flows
  • Ideally, knowledge of electronic data interchange (API, EDI)
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills
  • Team player, solution-oriented and hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and good English skills

Benefits:

  • A technically challenging role with high relevance to our automation and scaling strategy
  • Close collaboration with Content, IT and external partners
  • Opportunity to shape processes and system developments
  • A modern working environment with clear technical responsibility
  • Flexible working hours, the option to work remotely within Germany, and a collegial team
