Job Description
Executive Producer leading integrated brand, campaign, content, and digital engagements at Instrument. Shaping new business strategy, delivery planning, budgets, and multidisciplinary agency execution.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Growth team to lead new business planning, scoping, staffing strategies, and delivery approaches
- Collaborate with Creative and Strategy leaders to shape proposals, define execution plans, and bring ambitious ideas to life
- Lead complex brand, campaign, content, and digital engagements from kickoff through delivery when needed
- Build project plans, staffing models, timelines, and budgets balancing creative ambition with operational excellence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners throughout engagement lifecycles
- Identify delivery risks early and develop thoughtful solutions
- Improve production workflows, scoping methodologies, and delivery standards
- Mentor producers and contribute to a healthy, collaborative production discipline
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience producing integrated agency work
- Significant experience leading new business efforts, including project scoping, staffing, estimating, and client presentations
- Broad background spanning brand, campaigns, content, marketing, websites, and digital experiences
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, and Statements of Work
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence presenting to executive stakeholders and prospective clients
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity while remaining adaptable when priorities shift
- Collaborative leadership style that builds trust across multidisciplinary teams
