Job Description
Content Production Manager scaling AI-assisted content across Progress Partners’ SaaS and mobile products. Managing freelancers, video production, CMS workflows, quality checks, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage content production across products, from brief to publication
- Coordinate AI-assisted content pipelines, including generation, review, and import into the CMS
- Brief, manage, and review freelancers including writers, video producers, editors, instructional designers, and subject-matter experts
- Own video production, including AI-generated video and captions
- Set up and track production timelines, capacity, and budgets
- Ensure content completes quality review, originality checks, and localization on time
- Monitor content performance and engagement and use insights to inform future production
- Keep production systems topic-agnostic and reusable for rapid launch of new verticals
- Take over production for an upcoming product launch and deliver it on schedule
- Establish a production workflow and tracking system across products
- Build a reliable freelancer pool for video and other formats
- Define content quality and originality checks
Requirements:
- 4+ years in content production or editorial management for digital products, ideally learning apps
- Experience managing freelancers and remote experts at scale
- Strong editorial skills and a high bar for content quality
- Hands-on experience with AI content and video tools
- Excellent organization and experience running several projects at once
- Comfort with metrics and content performance analysis
- Strong written communication and ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment
- Comfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset
- Resume must be submitted in English
- Applicants must be located within a ±4 hour range from the Central European Time (CET) zone
- Professional English communication ability
