Job Description
Freelance-Producer für Dreamlight Labs, das immersive Live-Erlebnisse aus Schauspiel, Musik und Inszenierung entwickelt. Steuerung eigener Shows von der Idee bis zur Premiere.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a live format conceptually and organizationally from the initial show idea through to its premiere
- Shape the show’s dramatic arc, characters, and pacing, and create the desired audience impact
- Coordinate the existing team and fill other key roles as needed
- Plan, coordinate, and execute operational processes
- Collaborate with the music, acting, events, and technical teams
- Keep track of the timeline and budget
- Respond quickly to changes
- Work closely with the team
- Ensure the seamless execution of the stage production
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a producer, in television editorial (e.g., entertainment/show formats, documentaries, or history), or in contemporary theatre
- Genuine enthusiasm for leading a show from the initial idea through to execution
- A strong feel for creative direction and dramaturgy, along with excellent storytelling skills
- Creative thinking: you know how to engage and captivate a crowd
- Independent, fast-paced, and flexible working style
- Strong organizational skills when working across different disciplines
- Nice to have: a strong network in acting, music, and visualization
