Job Description
Experienced call center agent providing customer support in insurance services. Joining a committed team in a fully remote role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for our customers for inquiries relating to motor (auto) and personal insurance.
- You assist customers with questions about quotes and policies.
- You will also handle customer inquiries and complaints through to resolution.
- You record customer information in our systems and forward follow-up cases to the claims or policy service departments as necessary.
- Managing customer data and documents completes your responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in telephone-based customer support
- Ideally experience in the motor (auto) insurance industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Enjoys telephone-based customer contact
- Strong customer focus and high service orientation
- Careful, detail-oriented working style and business-fluent German (spoken and written)
