Fiber Technician responsible for installing Fiber’s internet equipment. Ensuring fast and efficient customer connections in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities:
- Performing simple installations of Fiber’s cutting-edge internet equipment
- Ensuring customers get connected fast and efficiently
- Easy-to-learn training and top-notch support
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy and motivated to learn quickly
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a variety of settings, from rooftops to living rooms
- Previous fiber installation experience is a MUST
