Job Description

Field Engineer working with customers on implementation and technical support of Duna’s product. Collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance customer experience and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product
  • Act as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts
  • Technically scope requirements early in the implementation process
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers toward scalable solutions
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience
  • Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers
  • Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human terms
  • Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
  • Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa
