Job Description
Field Engineer working with customers on implementation and technical support of Duna’s product. Collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance customer experience and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product
- Act as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts
- Technically scope requirements early in the implementation process
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers toward scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience
- Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes
Requirements:
- Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers
- Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human terms
- Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
- Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa
