Job Description
Field Service Engineer providing installation, maintenance, and repair for analytical instruments at lab locations. Requires 4+ years experience with LC and LCMS systems and daily travel.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
- Diagnosing and resolving product performance problems
- Performing maintenance and repairs
- Advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
- Proactively responding to potential equipment issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or other university-level degrees in related science fields
- 4+ years of experience working with analytical instrumentation
- Experience or expertise with Chromatography (LC) and Mass Spec (LCMS)
- Ability to solve high-impact problems related to product availability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
