Job Description
Servicetechniker im Außendienst für Viessmann Climate Solutions, verantwortlich für Wartungen und Inbetriebnahmen in Leipzig. Serviceorientierte Beratung und Unterstützung im technischen Außendienst.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
- Provide service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support your colleagues in technical field service across the extended area of your deployment
- Assume on-call duty with the aim of assisting our customers as quickly as possible
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g. plant mechanic for sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electrician for energy and building services, or electrical installer; ideally further training as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician
- Professional experience in field service, e.g. in heating, refrigeration or HVAC/ventilation technology
- Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Good written and spoken German
