Job Description
Service Technician implementing heating solutions and maintaining heat pumps in Düsseldorf. Supporting customer service and ensuring client satisfaction within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
- Customer-focused advice to our customers from heating companies, by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service across an extended radius of your deployment area
- Taking part in on-call duty with the goal of providing our customers with assistance as quickly as possible
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training specific to the field, e.g. as a plumbing and HVAC systems technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building systems electrician, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally further qualified as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
- In possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein)
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
