Job Description
Field Service Technician for Viessmann Climate Solutions, driving sustainable energy solutions through maintenance and installations. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert support in Templin region.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators
- Provide service-oriented support to our customers, including heating contractors, both by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support colleagues in the technical field service across the wider area of your assignment
- Undertake on-call duties with the aim of assisting our customers as quickly as possible
Requirements:
- Completed, job-specific vocational training as an HVAC systems technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building systems electrician, or electrician/electrical installer; further training as a Meister (master craftsman) or technician is desirable
- Professional experience in field/customer service, e.g., in heating systems, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation systems
- Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein); Category 2 is advantageous
- Valid driving licence (Class B)
- Good command of German, both written and spoken
