Job Description
Finance Analyst for a global AI-native platform bridging Finance & HR Operations with internal development teams focused on process automation and improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Finance & HR Operations processes, including: accounting, billing, invoicing, payroll, bonuses, accruals, budgeting and cost allocation, financial and management reporting
- Document AS-IS / TO-BE processes and identify automation opportunities
- Prepare business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Work with financial systems (at analyst level), such as: 1C: Accounting / 1C: Enterprise, Sage (Intacct, X3), Workday (Adaptive, Finance / HCM)
- Participate in the analysis and documentation of integrations between: finance systems, HR systems, internal platforms / CRM
- Support UAT, releases, and post-go-live activities
- Work closely with: Finance teams, HR Operations, Internal Development and Platform teams
- Translate business needs into clear and structured system requirements
- Support change management and user adoption
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst / System Analyst
- Hands-on experience with at least one financial system, such as: 1C, Sage, Workday, or similar ERP / Finance platforms
- Solid understanding of: accounting principles, financial flows and controls, management reporting
- Experience in documenting: business processes, functional requirements, integration scenarios
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Experience with HR processes (payroll, benefits, HR operations) (nice-to-have)
- Experience with ERP / HCM implementations or support (nice-to-have)
- Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and integrations (nice-to-have)
- Experience in product-oriented or innovation-driven teams (nice-to-have)
