Job Description
Finance Manager responsible for managing accounting operations and financial reporting processes for growth initiatives. Leading audits and implementing AI improvements in company finance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations through a team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting activities
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable accounting standards
- Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and control across finance operations
- Lead finance system enhancements and automation initiatives
- Coordinate with external tax advisors on indirect tax matters
- Maintain supporting documentation and processes for intercompany transactions and transfer pricing compliance
Requirements:
- Required CPA designation
- 5-8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close and accounting operations
- Experience managing audits and working with external advisors
- Experience improving processes and implementing finance systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
