Job Description
Finance Manager leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Muvr's strategic growth. Partnering with leadership across various teams to optimize financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the business
- Develop financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, pricing, and unit economics
- Monitor key performance metrics including revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, and profitability
- Partner with department leaders to manage spend, resource allocation, and financial targets
- Prepare financial reporting and insights for executive leadership and investors
- Support month-end close processes and financial controls in collaboration with accounting
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
- Build scalable finance processes and reporting frameworks as Muvr grows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate strategy, or related roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
