Job Description
Financial Expert creating finance prompts and rubrics to evaluate AI agents. Applying financial domain expertise and Microsoft 365 skills in a remote contract project.
Responsibilities:
- Develop realistic, multi-step finance and business process prompts reflecting actual industry workflows
- Create detailed, objective rubrics to assess AI-generated outputs
- Review and evaluate AI agent responses using rubrics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback
- Use Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to design and review tasks
- Document assessments and feedback clearly and precisely in written English
- Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators on deliverable standards and expectations
Requirements:
- Professional background in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting, or related fields
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, for analytical and documentation purposes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly
- Demonstrated attention to detail and consistency in following comprehensive evaluation guidelines
- Ability to independently produce objective, structured assessments against well-defined criteria
- Experience in rubric development, data annotation, or AI model evaluation projects is nice to have
- Written English proficiency for clear and precise documentation
