Job Description
Finance Business Partner guiding forecasting, budgeting, and decision support for CRC Group’s specialty insurance product lines. Partnering with leaders to manage costs, workforce planning, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with leadership teams of two product lines
- Provide financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support
- Own financial forecasts, business outlooks, annual budgets, and recurring planning activities
- Establish budgeting processes and a consistent financial management cadence
- Deliver financial analysis, performance insights, and decision support
- Provide compensation and incentive analysis, including support related to unvalidated producers
- Drive cost management, workforce planning, and hiring decisions with business leadership
- Translate financial insights into clear business actions
- Support sustainable growth across the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 7–10 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance required
- Advanced financial planning and analysis expertise
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with financial planning tools (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan)
- Executive communication and presentation development
- Ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Performance management and KPI design
- Workforce planning and expense management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry
- Experience with BI/reporting tools
- English language fluency required
