Job Description

Financial Analyst supporting FinThrive’s healthcare revenue management through forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling. Delivering actionable insights and process automation for business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and support planning and reporting processes, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year outlooks
  • Communicate with senior management about risks, opportunities, and forecast variance drivers
  • Provide business insights for timely and informed decision-making
  • Partner with business leaders to assess and communicate performance, trends, and strategic trade-offs
  • Develop budget-versus-actual and forecast-versus-actual reporting
  • Collaborate with accounting during monthly close to ensure financial accuracy and provide variance analyses
  • Drive process improvements by evaluating new store openings and new concepts
  • Support quarterly financial reporting for board and investor requirements
  • Create and analyze financial reports and KPIs
  • Build and maintain financial and decision-making models
  • Identify and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, systems, and automation
  • Support compliance activities and handle patient information in accordance with HIPAA requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Tableau, Power BI, or another business intelligence tool skills are a plus
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to produce highly accurate work
  • Superb analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
  • Ownership mentality and ability to independently drive projects to completion
  • Problem-solving ability using statistical analysis or large data sets
  • Ability to collaborate, listen, understand business challenges, and build strong relationships
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable summaries or recommendations
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
  • Builder mentality and ability to build solutions from scratch
