Job Description

Financial Analyst ensuring accuracy of processed expenses and delivering precise financial analysis at Lennar. Collaborating with leadership and supporting accounting analysis across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze incoming invoices to determine if the charges are in line with the services provided per the PO
  • Provide financial insights and documentation to Lennar stakeholders
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to approve invoices pending in queue
  • Identify anomalies and inconsistencies on invoices and conduct investigations
  • Support Vendor Management and Treasury teams
  • Oversee monthly chargeback allocation process
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of capital assets and depreciation schedules
  • Prepare and execute monthly data loads to the financial dashboard
  • Maintain and update the allocation database
  • Develop and upload journal entries for reclassifications and accruals
  • Identify gaps and redundancies in processes and initiate improvements
  • Drive financial projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant accounting experience or education is required
  • Financial data analytical skills and experience in preparing high level reports from raw data
  • Intermediate Excel Skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
  • PC Skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP Systems
  • General knowledge of AP\AR functions
  • Ability to multitask, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills are essential
