Job Description
Financial Analyst ensuring accuracy of processed expenses and delivering precise financial analysis at Lennar. Collaborating with leadership and supporting accounting analysis across various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze incoming invoices to determine if the charges are in line with the services provided per the PO
- Provide financial insights and documentation to Lennar stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership teams to approve invoices pending in queue
- Identify anomalies and inconsistencies on invoices and conduct investigations
- Support Vendor Management and Treasury teams
- Oversee monthly chargeback allocation process
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of capital assets and depreciation schedules
- Prepare and execute monthly data loads to the financial dashboard
- Maintain and update the allocation database
- Develop and upload journal entries for reclassifications and accruals
- Identify gaps and redundancies in processes and initiate improvements
- Drive financial projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant accounting experience or education is required
- Financial data analytical skills and experience in preparing high level reports from raw data
- Intermediate Excel Skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
- PC Skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP Systems
- General knowledge of AP\AR functions
- Ability to multitask, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills
- Strong project management skills are essential
