Job Description

Analista financeiro controlando orçamentos, pagamentos e contratos no ecossistema educacional Ânima. Elaborando relatórios gerenciais e apoiando decisões sobre recursos.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the financial performance of the department’s cost centers, ensuring expense control and oversight of available balances
  • Support budget management by conducting analyses, processing financial transfers, and monitoring forecasts
  • Request, track, and control payments to suppliers, contract-related payments, and other departmental expenses
  • Monitor contracts, including renewals, terms, and the onboarding of new suppliers
  • Prepare financial controls, management reports, and executive presentations for budget monitoring
  • Support cost analyses, financial deductions, and opportunities to optimize the department’s resources
  • Handle administrative requests related to corporate mobility, airfare, accommodations, and other operational needs of the department
  • Prepare periodic reports on the financial health of cost centers, supporting leadership in decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments, such as Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Supply Chain, ensuring the proper flow of requests
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department’s administrative and financial processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of administrative and financial routines
  • Experience with budget control, payments, or financial monitoring
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to prepare controls, spreadsheets, and executive reports
  • Knowledge of financial calculations and cost analysis
  • Experience with contract or supplier management is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Sense of priority and accountability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple demands simultaneously
