Job Description
Financial Performance Coach delivering coaching conversations to facilitate client commitment and change in property management. Seeking growth-oriented individuals to contribute to company excellence and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the ProfitCoach Data Team to ensure timely setup of client dashboards and forecasts
- Review client dashboards and forecasts to understand structure, assumptions, and client-specific nuances
- Develop fluency in interpreting financial data in preparation for coaching conversations
- Build working knowledge of NARPM Accounting Standards, metrics, and benchmarks
- Develop mastery over time of the ProfitCoach ProfitScore dashboard and underlying drivers
- Learn to customize and adjust client forecasts in real time with increasing confidence and speed
- Execute pre-call preparation and post-call follow-up with consistency and discipline
- Conduct coaching calls using ProfitCoach methodologies and question-based communication, guiding clients toward self-discovery, clarity, and commitment
- Provide timely, accurate, and relational client support via email, phone, or Zoom
- Contribute ideas and feedback toward the evolution of ProfitCoach coaching tools, content, and methodologies
- Actively participate in training, peer learning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:

- Comfort engaging business owners and professionals, even while continuing to grow your expertise
- A bias toward action, learning, and improvement in fast-paced environments
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Exposure to leadership, management, or advisory roles (strongly valued)
- Experience in property management or adjacent industries (or a demonstrated commitment to rapidly learning the space)
