Job Description
Financial Systems Controls Lead owning ITGC, AI governance, and audit controls. Supporting Addi’s regulated payments, banking, and commerce platform in Colombia.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single accountable owner for Addi’s financial-systems controls framework across all platforms, subledgers, and data pipelines
- Establish a bank-aligned IT General Controls (ITGC) environment compliant with SFC standards
- Design governance and human-in-the-loop mechanisms for AI-driven financial workflows
- Build and document an audit-ready control framework across key systems
- Enable external auditors and regulatory bodies to transition toward controls-reliance testing
- Design and enforce comprehensive access controls across enterprise systems
- Ensure automated access review cycles and conflict mitigation
- Operationalize governance for AI-driven financial workflows, including accountability, audit logs, and continuous monitoring
- Enforce mandatory control sign-offs for new system integrations, products, and production deployments
- Implement automated compliance tools for continuous monitoring, anomaly detection, and evidence collection
- Finalize internal control environments across operating entities in support of regulatory transition, bank spin-off, and future corporate transitions
Requirements:
- Deep experience in IT General Controls (ITGC), financial systems audit, and internal controls
- Direct experience working within or auditing supervised financial institutions
- Working knowledge of local regulatory expectations and risk management frameworks
- Track record of defending control environments to external auditors and regulatory inspectors
- Proven ability to build internal control frameworks, access matrices, and change-management governance from scratch in fast-paced environments
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation
- Ability to define human-in-the-loop accountability for automated workflows
- Practical experience designing role-based access controls (RBAC) and change management across multi-entity enterprise systems and financial subledgers
- Native fluency in Spanish for local regulatory interactions
- Professional English proficiency for global reporting
