Job Description
First-Line Manager assisting clients at an educational company. Responding to inquiries and engaging in written communication through various channels including calls and emails.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming inquiries within 5–7 minutes.
- Promptly follow up on missed calls in accordance with our contact protocol.
- Collect initial information from clients, strictly following the script.
- Communicate with clients in writing (WhatsApp / Email).
- Accurately log deals in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Make outbound calls for various purposes: inviting people to webinars, informing them about promotions, conducting customer-development interviews, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and clear spoken language.
- Sociable — comfortable speaking with a wide range of people.
- Friendly and able to build rapport quickly.
- A genuine interest in working with people.
- Emotional stability and the ability to adapt quickly to unexpected situations.
- A desire to grow and develop a career in sales.
- Fluent English and German (spoken and written).
- Russian language skills are a strong plus.
