Job Description

First-Line Manager assisting clients at an educational company. Responding to inquiries and engaging in written communication through various channels including calls and emails.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all incoming inquiries within 5–7 minutes.
  • Promptly follow up on missed calls in accordance with our contact protocol.
  • Collect initial information from clients, strictly following the script.
  • Communicate with clients in writing (WhatsApp / Email).
  • Accurately log deals in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls for various purposes: inviting people to webinars, informing them about promotions, conducting customer-development interviews, etc.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and clear spoken language.
  • Sociable — comfortable speaking with a wide range of people.
  • Friendly and able to build rapport quickly.
  • A genuine interest in working with people.
  • Emotional stability and the ability to adapt quickly to unexpected situations.
  • A desire to grow and develop a career in sales.
  • Fluent English and German (spoken and written).
  • Russian language skills are a strong plus.
