Job Description
Forward Deployed Engineer embedding with Bluprintx consultancy clients to deploy AI, CRM, marketing, content, and data workflows. Shipping rapid releases and scaling reliable client systems.
Responsibilities:
- Embed with critical clients, working inside their teams, systems, and data
- Own work that clients rely on daily
- Deploy BPX capabilities across marketing, content, CRM, and data in client platforms
- Ship an initial release quickly, learn from real usage, and improve each cycle
- Build evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and cost control into deployments
- Identify client needs and bring in the wider BPX specialist team
- Feed reusable patterns and components back into BPX-OS for other engagements
Requirements:
- Technical fluency across the front office stack, sufficient to deploy and configure directly in client systems
- Hands-on AI and agentic workflow experience in live client work, running in daily use
- Experience rapidly deploying a first version and improving it iteratively
- Confidence working directly with operators and executives
- Commercial judgment to assess deployment value and decline work that will not pay back
- Comfort with ambiguity and moving from problem to live deployment without a fixed specification
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
