Job Description
Freelance Mentor for Artificial Intelligence guiding learners in E-Learning programs. Supporting their practical application of AI technologies while ensuring understanding of legal and ethical implications.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mentoring sessions for participants of guided e‑learning programs on the fundamentals, application and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
- Support participants throughout the duration of each course.
- Regularly assess learning progress and communicate relevant information to the client.
- Provide feedback, revise practical exercises and correct submitted assignments—either during mentoring sessions or via written communication.
- Answer technical questions about the fundamentals of modern AI systems, historical developments and relevant key concepts.
- Help participants understand data-related fundamentals and their significance for AI applications.
Requirements:
- A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, information science or engineering).
- Experience using AI technologies and supporting tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, DALL·E and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven experience as a mentor, trainer or instructor in relevant subject areas.
- Basic knowledge of core areas of artificial intelligence, prompting and automation, along with sensitivity to legal and ethical issues.
- Practical experience in AI projects and in transferring AI solutions to everyday work contexts.
- Proficient in German and English to support and guide learners in both languages.
- Ability to structure and communicate complex content clearly and comprehensibly.
