Job Description

Director, Fulfillment at Delta Faucet Company leading day-to-day operations across fulfillment centers. Ensuring performance in productivity, quality, cost, safety, and team development.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Fulfillment to implement strategic priorities and operational plans.
  • Lead and develop a multi-site team of 300+ associates, ensuring fulfillment performance in order accuracy, productivity, cost, quality, and safety.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and proactively mitigate risks across owned and 3PL fulfillment centers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics and financial performance, ensuring alignment with Sr. Director’s objectives.
  • Communicate operational priorities and updates clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline through coaching, development, and engagement at all levels.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required +30%.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Proven experience in fulfillment operations, preferably within eCommerce or multi-site environments.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and financial analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) and fulfillment technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects, including fulfillment center launches.
  • Knowledge of outbound freight and delivery networks (First, Middle, Last Mile) highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and build collaborative relationships with a customer-focused mindset.
