Job Description

Fullstack WordPress Developer leading web development initiatives for a growing client delivering high-quality digital experiences. Collaborating across teams to build secure, scalable, and SEO-optimized WordPress websites.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins aligned with project requirements
  • Build and manage both front-end and back-end functionalities within WordPress environments
  • Optimize website performance to ensure fast load times and strong SEO rankings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to WordPress, plugins, and hosting environments
  • Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Conduct website audits to improve SEO, security, and overall performance
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional websites
  • Follow and promote best coding practices and development standards
  • Integrate third-party APIs and external services
  • Ensure website security, backups, and regular updates
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients
  • Build and manage marketing assets such as forms (Salesforce/HubSpot), landing pages, and email templates

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in WordPress development
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL
  • Proven experience working across both front-end and back-end development
  • Deep understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugin architecture
  • Experience with custom theme and plugin development
  • Proficiency with Divi Builder (required) and familiarity with Elementor and WPBakery
  • Experience with server management and cloud hosting environments
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Strong understanding of website performance optimization and security best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within WordPress
  • Experience implementing marketing forms (e.g., Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana and time tracking tools like Clockify
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
