Job Description
Generalist reviewing domain-specific documents and providing structured feedback. Helping Mercor’s AI lab and enterprise partners train and enhance frontier AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, and provide structured feedback on domain-specific documents
- Ensure document quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Contribute domain expertise to high-impact evaluation projects
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Collaborate with leading researchers and help shape next-generation AI systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong document analysis and review skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
- Based in the United States, Europe, UK or Canada
- Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
