Job Description
Online Casino Specialist shaping B2Spin’s online casino games roadmap and lobby experience. Using portfolio data to optimise engagement, retention, revenue, and content launches.
Responsibilities:
- Own the games roadmap end-to-end by developing and executing a portfolio strategy
- Keep casino content fresh, competitive, and aligned with business priorities
- Strategically position games to maximise engagement, retention, and revenue
- Use data to refine lobby layout, categorisation, and visual presentation
- Monitor lobby and portfolio performance, including traffic, popularity, and revenue
- Translate performance findings into timely optimisation decisions
- Collaborate with game suppliers to manage delivery pipelines, secure new content, and keep launches on schedule
- Partner with product, marketing, and customer support to align roadmap initiatives with promotions, acquisition goals, and business objectives
- Act as the internal expert on games and lobby best practices
- Provide guidance and training to teams across the business
Requirements:
- 2+ years in online casino operations, with hands-on experience in games roadmap or lobby management
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data, spot trends, and make evidence-based decisions
- Solid understanding of game providers, player preferences, and the regulatory landscape shaping Social Casino and iGaming
- Project management ability to juggle multiple workstreams, hit deadlines, and stay organised amid shifting priorities
- Confidence working across teams and with external partners, with clear and compelling communication
- Experience with A/B testing or lobby experimentation frameworks is nice to have
- Familiarity with Free-to-Play Social Casino mechanics is nice to have
