Job Description
Customer service role in AUTODOC, an auto parts ecommerce leader in Europe. Guiding customers through orders with excellent communication skills in German.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop our customer experience by providing excellent customer service via phone and written channels
- Guide customers to make the right ordering decisions and clarify order statuses
- Handle inbound inquiries only
Requirements:
- Native-level written and spoken German
- Experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills — comfortable interacting with customers and collaborating with teams, both verbally and in writing
- Reliable team player committed to customer satisfaction
