Job Description
Global Campaign Program Manager responsible for executing marketing campaigns at Embla Medical. Collaborates globally to ensure successful project delivery within approved budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full campaign lifecycle, managing all phases from planning and briefing through execution, delivery, and post-campaign review.
- Oversee the execution of content creation projects, including photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with Creative Briefs and Össur brand style guidelines.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal academy partners, creative marketing communications team members, and external stakeholders such as agencies, production partners, and contractors.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment by ensuring all parties are informed, consulted, and accountable for their deliverables.
- Create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure consistent delivery against milestones.
- Develop and maintain project overview tools and documentation, including SharePoint pages, Confluence pages, and Jira projects.
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies that could impact timelines, budgets, or quality, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and value.
- Provide regular progress updates and reporting to the manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify insights, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvement in future campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in project or campaign management, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or creative environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing content creation workflows, including photo and video production.
- Experience working with external agencies and production partners.
- Ability to work independently in a local-based role while supporting global initiatives.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Planner, Mural, Microsoft Project).
