Job Description
Senior Regional Director responsible for service delivery and client satisfaction. Leading and supporting healthcare initiatives while achieving revenue and client goals in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall service delivery and satisfaction of assigned clients
- Achieving revenue and margin goals
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of client deliverables
- Identifying and assisting with development and execution of sales strategies
- Facilitating growth of professional staff
- Building and enhancing client relationships
- Supporting and/or leading corporate initiatives
- Driving overall HMS agenda within assigned commercial clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of sales and account management experience in a healthcare insurance environment
- Medicaid and Medicare experience desired
- Financial background preferred
- 5+ years’ experience directly managing staff
- 5+ years’ project management experience
- Strong analytical and healthcare technology background preferred
